Frequently Asked Questions

  • All therapy sessions will be held virtually through Zoom for California residents. To attend session, you must be located in California for the duration of the appointment.

  • I accept insurance from Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oxford, Oscar, and United Healthcare.

    For those not using insurance, the fee is $130 per session for individuals and families.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You can reach out to me by text message, email, or voicemail message. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

  • Therapy sessions are 53 minutes in length. Appointments can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. All appointments will be on Zoom.
